Delivery / Shipment:
All prices are exclusive of shipping and local import duties. Breathless delivers to every part of the world. In the UK we deliver by 'Royal Mail special delivery'. In Europe and rest of the world we ship our orders via 'Royal Mail International Signed For'. All orders are securely packed and sent in discreet plain packaging for your privacy and peace of mind.
Our garments are hand made to order and therefore take time to produce. Although we aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 28 days for dispatch (6-8 weeks during a Sale) . During very busy periods or when the unexpected happens, delivery times may be extended. If this is the case, we will do our best to keep you informed at all times.
If an item is urgently required, please contact us before placing the order to check if we can meet your deadline. We will try to treat your order with priority in the production and dispatch departments.
If you select the option ‘I will collect from shop', we will contact you as soon as the order is ready. Please bring with you a copy of the order confirmation as proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to collect your order or if you find yourself unable to collect, you must contact us and make arrangements for your order to be delivered. Please note that we cannot store items indefinitely and any orders not collected after 6 months will be treated as abandoned and disposed of.
Return - Exchange:
If you order the wrong size, you may return the item for exchange in a different size at no extra cost except for the postage charge. Returned goods will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and in original packaging within seven days of delivery. You must inform us immediately of any faulty or damaged garments and they must be returned within 48 hours of delivery for repair or replacement. Any manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost. Breathless will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. All custom made orders and Made to Measure are not returnable. Please ensure that all measurements sent are accurate when ordering.
When returning an item:
Contact us first within seven days of delivery to let us know about the item and reason for your return and ensure that you send it by registered or recorded mail as Breathless will not be responsible for items lost in the post. If you are returning items from outside of the UK, Please ensure that you clearly mark on the customs declaration that the items contained in the package are returns to the retailer to prevent the package incurring customs charges.
Damaged in transit:
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
Prices given are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclusive of any import duty - For your convenience you can select an alternative currency by clicking on the pick your currency link, all prices in the website will be displayed in your preferred currency. Please note that this conversion is for your guidance only and you will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
All payments are due with the order. Breathless accepts most mayor credit / debit cards. You can also make payments by cheque or international money order payable to Breathless in Pounds Sterling only (GBP). Orders paid by cheque will only go into production once funds have cleared. International money transfers are also accepted by prior arrangement. Now you can also choose to pay using PayPal.
For security reasons we do not keep your card details on record. Once a payment has been processed, our secure server GlobeCharge automatically removes the security code, several digits from the card number are replaced by ***** and we do not longer have access to the original data. If you need to make additional payments to an order already processed or you require a refund, you will need to submit your card details again so that we are able to charge any additional costs or refund any credit due.
